Trending @Cognizant; Report to Office manadatory when on bench? Consequences?

I joined Cognizant recently and am on PDP (pool) waiting for a project deployment. I received instructions to report to office from 21st July(6-7 hours a day/ all 5 days) as my grace period of 7 days ends by then.

WHAT WILL THE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT REPORTING?

I don't wanna use my 3 available leaves all on now in the 1st month itself. Please help!
