If anyone can guide me I am working on a scb project. I got approval from the client to work near my capgemini office. But the capgemini manager is strictly not allowed to work near the office.

Pls give me ur valuable suggestions 🙂

Talk to your Capgemini manager again. If no luck, escalate to HR or RMG. Policies can be tricky, but communication is key.

As per my knowledge for SCB project only two locations are allocated one is Bangalore and other is Chennai, that's the reason employees were hired who belong to this specific location so this might be the reason HR is not allowing you to work for near by location.
