Reply i got on asking for release
I recently posted here about my release and they come up with these stupid things
TL even denied on group call that he said to write him about project release
They are making all feel like i am the toxic one disturbing the environment.
I am sick tired of them, as they are not understanding Power Bi reporting and API are two different things
What should i reply to him now ?
My manger is on leave and will join back on monday I really want to get out this support project its all toxic here

Tag ur HR and ask for release. If things do not go in direction u expect copy hrs boss after 2 weeks...if that doesn't work copy hr bosses boss in email

I verbally asked HR (she is also have less experience than me) she replied "release is in project's hand, HR can't intervene in it"

Do not be so naive to think that. Just do what I say and you will see release. But important thing is you have to have justified genuine and professional reason to ask for release.

All are same here. The worst managers i have seen/heard in corporate world

I don't understand it as i want to work on dashboards and report development and they want me to work on API how the hell they are same

I mean to say " all TL n Managera are same". The worst in Industry. They dont underatand the difference between Frontend and backend. ONCE U R IN PROJECT , U ARE TREATED AS SLAVE

Bro whatever u do... do opposite adolfmartin is saying... he is an inside guy... also don't resign.... project bnd Hoga tension Mt lo

On a serious note, ask for a release plan. A timeframe. Get that in writing

Hi , may I know about the assigned task , don't take too much stress . Just give your findings .if it's new ,tell them like I need senior support

I did the poc and told them this is not feasible (did using gpt and all the source) it is fesible but there are lot of constrains and even if it works it will take 1/2 hour to load the data which will automatically result into bad user experience and everything which we are working for will get wasted

Ok

Find a reason to apply for medical leave for more than 15 days and talk to your HR for release
