Any idea how the balance leaves are shown in replicon? I have applied for leaves and they are approved, but my balance is still high. Can anyone explain please?

Replicon might not update immediately. Check with HR or raise a ticket for clarity. Sometimes, system glitches happen.

If you have applied leaves for nov or dec month, then total remaining leaves will show including which you will be getting in the month in which you have applied leave.
