How to replace old TCS asset(laptop) with new one , as my old laptop is not up to the mark when it comes to performance, how long it will take , folks please guide for faster escalations?

Speak with your manager also raise internal IT ticket. Unless ur manager requests these ppl won't give u anything 😄
