Hi suppose we joined Accenture on 1 nov 2024 and received a joining bonus and if I resigned on 25 oct 2025 will I have to repay the joining bonus or notice period is also included in that year .

No , i think it will be based on last working day. Also you dont need to pay any money in 90% cases as it will deducted by your earned leaves and salary till last working day. Just enjoy and go asap if you get a better opportunity.
