Hey, so I just started a new job at One BKC and I'm currently living in Goregaon.
I'm on the lookout for a nice 1 BHK flat nearby with a budget of around 35k.
Any recommendations on places that won't give me a headache with my daily commute?

Kohinoor in Kurla, quite a few options in Bandra East. Unfortunately Chembur has become expensive but if you find something decent then that’s the best in terms of location.

Chembur to 1 BKC commute is tres difficile. There is no easy way to cross the connector regularly.
Best option is to stay in Kalanagar / Kalina / Bandra East.
If you must venture eastwards then Vidyavihar / Tilak Nagar / Ghatkopar East and commute via the SCLR.
