Renegotiating my offer letter

Hi everyone, I recently received an offer from KPMG with a really good hike, it wasn’t up to what I was asking for but it’s a good hike nevertheless. I signed the offer letter and am serving my notice period currently. Just yesterday I got an offer from another company it’s a 10% hike from the current offer letter I have accepted from KPMG but with an added 5L joining bonus. Does anyone have experience with KPMG before? Would the be willing to renegotiate and get me a revised offer? How do I go about this?

Yes they will be if you are willing to provide the offer letter of another company

You can connect with HR about the situation, if they really in need of your skill set, they might re look your offer in hand, you should be ready even if HR say no
