Remove the users who all are spreading negativity

Agreed that TCS has introduced policy for bench but it doesn't mean that people starts spreading negativity by scaring them the policy has been introduced with effective 1st June Let's see what happens after 35 days till then if you are not able to motivate us please don't discourage us by using the word TERMINATION again and again

I have been on the bench since 1 month but I am sincerely trying to grasp the project as soon as possible I know how I am struggling to get the project despite having skills..

It's a humble request please don't spread negativity..

Splitting truth doesn't mean spreading negativity. Haven't you read the policy that it is clearly mentioned it is applicable starting from June 1 hence it should be reflected by the next quarter.

We will suggest you to uninstall the app but running away from reality only won't help. Just regularly email RMG and CC their managers. Regular posts on
Knome channel should also help. Don't just totally rely on RMG they are the worst in managing anything.

Few are negative but fact is client managers are thoroughly evaluating before associates get onboarded. This is concerning TCS(as a company - unable filling billable positions quickly) also many other vendors are in competition.

Honestly bruv, I feel you but tbh posting here wont change the fact that people will not stop posting more about this.

Irony was above your post in my feed the post was about termination for on bench.

Its the harsh truth about corporate. Atleast tbh TCS is doing it right by giving heads up warnings like this. Most companies right now lay off and you only know your laid off when your asset doesnt work or your key card doesnt work.

My suggestion bruv, please start looking for job elsewhere too while you search for project. That way you can be safe. Safe as in if you dont get a project but have a job in hand close to the 35 days you get to put in papers and jump. So it wont be the T word rather you resigned and jump.

Dont fret dude. I know its hard but your going to be seeing the T word alot more. From what rumours I have heard some of which have turned out to be true like this for example there are more incoming.

I remember on a post two months back reading about this same policy. The person had told soon TCS is planning to put a cap on number of days in Bench something like 35 or 40. I ignored it as a rumour but two months forward it actually happened.

Regarding Termination i didn't hear from anybody bro if you say Hyderabad also my manager told me he didn't come to know about any developments like this as there was a termination news in Grapewine only for Adibatla location

Nowadays no one is joining TCS due to less salary package, so up skill yourself and it won't be of any problem for anyone. Even if you are terminated you will get a job elsewhere since you are an immediate joiner. I have seen many people getting job like that easily

TCS doesn't value the skills. So if you really have skills, do put papers and respect your skills. This is not demotivating but a humble advice. You will be thankful later.

Termination is the discourage that TCS is using these many years they showed job security now suddenly they are forcing people to take project or terminate this is true, if u want to be positive then be with this harsh truth. They are not leaving people who served more then 10years even continuos 5 A bands... Imagine your situation this is reality.
