Hi guys, recently my work model changed to remote 0-1 day, march month I went 3 days, should I go 3 days a week now?? Will I get promoted if I follow remote work model, anyone did get as per remote work model

If your work model is 0-1 means your work model is totally work from home same for me too

You need to go to the office (2.5 days per week) regardless of work model
