Remote sde roles

Please suggest good companies that provide remote work for sde roles. For some personal reasons, I'm preferring WFH roles. Currently I'm working as smts in oracle, it does provide WFH but not happy with compensation as I recently got dry promotion form ic3 to ic4. Just wanted to know if any other companies also does the same thing or its only the oracle. Also pls suggest good remote companies.
