Remote jobs = zero work-life balance?

remote work seemed like a dream at first but now it feels like i'm just working 24/7.

meetings at weird hours, emails never stop, and ppl expect u to be online all the time. i try to set boundaries but somehow work always creeps in.

anyone else feel the same? how do u actually switch off n make time for urself? need some serious tips coz this is getting exhausting 😩
