Remote Jobs are Less ?
Do companies still offer Remote jobs or it’s faded & only doing On-Site only ( Less Hybrid )
Even the companies that used to be fully remote are now pushing for on-site or hybrid. And honestly, most of the time at the office just gets wasted — they keep saying ‘in-person boosts creativity,’ but it usually ends up as random jokes and chai-sutta breaks. I’m fed up with the office politics too. Plus, proper WFH roles are getting rarer, and they feel a bit risky. At this point, the only way to survive is to just play along and be a bit bhakchod in the office.
Agree, felt the same and even to apply for remote jobs, the opportunities are very less or rare to find, unless it’s a foreign company hiring in India for low labour cost.
