Not sure what you mean. Do you mean fulltime contractor or employee?

If you’re a direct employee of the company, you need a work permit.

If the company hires you via services like Deel, you’re an EoR.

If you’re a contractor/freelancer (fulltime or part time), you need to register for GST, etc. depending on your income.
