Remote first companies for operations and business analyst roles

Looking to compile a list of companies which are still primarily remote first for roles such as

1. Strategy analyst
2. Business operations
3. Business analyst

Or anything similar along those lines and are currently hiring for the same. I know a lot of the dev roles are still remote but wanted to know which companies are still remote for non-dev roles. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
