HR is not your Friend. HR works for the management (bøøt liçkïng), not for you.
The same happened with me when I was in notice period. HR told me you withdraw resignation 1 day before so I sent withdrawal email one week before they gave me shocked 3 days before that you should be allocated then only we can withdraw or else you need to leave tcs in 50 days RMG cannot find me project what they will do in 3 days .Last Friday is my LWD. This is HR of TCS she is friendly with me and never expected this
No HR No Managemwnt is your friend, and joke is this is all very well known by every managers manager and the end person president.. so why you are crying here. Its job, not your heritage property to cry about, follow rules and what agreed for, if dont fit for your need find something else and leave..
If the rules are so sacred, why’s the system rigged to reward bootlickers over workers? Don’t like the whining? Maybe fix the game instead of telling players to quit the field. Or, you know, keep preaching ‘leave if you don’t like it’—real leadership energy there, champ
I just hate management too. Those have equal share with HR.
HR are the worst in any company I don't understand why is this dept too proud and arrogant Hope AI agents replace them completely in future
