We ( fresher ASE ) have got a notification from accenture that if we have interest to move to any of the mentioned emerging locations, we can select our preferred location... My question is if we do so , is there no chances of getting project in my current base location?

If you choose the emerging location then obviously the company will allocate projects from that location. Choose only if you are ready to relocate else don't.
