Relocation to banglore
Recently completed 3 years in tcs and my manager is not ready to give transfer to banglore so I thought through 2office access i will go and swipe in banglore location what can happen if I don’t report to base location Mumbai? Plea
First thing- Your manager should provide you with the access for the location you want to swipe.
Talk to your manager that due to personal reasons (give a valid reason he cant reject)you are shifting to bangalore and you would need access to that particular location.
I have been doing the same from 1 yr
Raise the transfer request on GESS directly, and then tag your manager,hr, RMG. If they reject it, then escalate the issue to your manager supervisor, exc RMG etc.
Got transferred to Bangalore as wife is working here after marriage. I still don't have odc here. Its completely depends upon your manager. But i moved on 2022
