I've completed 2 years recently and raised an eit from pune to gurugram. The request is showing as in progress.

Do i need to reach out to anyone regarding this, to speed it up?

My team lead and manager already know about this.

Not needed, in 1 month it will be done, you will get an email. I just got this exactly after 1 month of raising request.

And within 1 month, can we get work from home to setup/travel or will we have to go to the previous location only?

There is a mail id you can email to know the steps and if anything is pending from your end or not.
