I want to relocated from Bangalore to hyderabad I am a fresher will complete 1 year on Nov 27 i want to do oit showing my mother's health she is having vertigo I have test reports and doctor consultation stating she has vertigo will it be enough and whom to contact for this process?

If they know that you work well and your request is genuine, then they'll surely help you. I got a similar transfer from Mumbai to Hyderabad for my father's health. I attached all the required medical certificates, but when I asked my senior manager, he was ready to give the transfer without the documents also. I asked him, then he asked me the documents and I gave him, and the OIT was initiated within a week.
