Trending @Capgemini; Relocation for Project

I got project call today and asking to relocate to Bangalore. If we relocate do we get any relocation allowances. Joined Capgemini recently.

Since you have joined the company recently dont hurry to get the project which is not in your base location rather be straight saying you joined this company because the location was xxx and this you had clearly communicated while joining, you will get project just wait and keep checking with rmg for new joineers its normal that they dont get proj in first 3 months

No, you won’t get anything. Even if you agree to relocate, they won’t give you any project. It’s just a game they are playing with employees. If an employee refuses to relocate, they say, “We don’t have anything for you,” which forces the employee to resign. Even if you relocate, there is no job security. They won’t give you a project. They will say you took too long to respond, or that you received negative feedback, and in the end, they will find a way to make you resign anyhow. You should only say that you are okay with relocation if they provide you an interview, give you positive feedback, and confirm project allocation. Until and unless you get confirmation that you are billable, don’t relocate. Just say that you are arranging things to relocate.

Don't think so but you should definitely ask your Manager about it
