Relocation

Hello guys, i am a fresher got joining in mumbai and completed the ILP and want relocation near my home. I have medicals of the disease from which my mother is suffering. As , i have connected to supervisor but she strictly say no and told me that if you have problems here you can resign. What should I do now? Please give me suggestions.
