Relocation
Hi everyone,
I am currently working in Chennai while my family resides in Hyderabad due to the climate conditions in Chennai. I have been living in Chennai for the past year and visit Hyderabad once a month.
I requested my manager for a transfer to Hyderabad, but he informed me that a WON cannot be created for me there. He mentioned that WON is available in Bangalore and Chennai, making it impossible to create one in Hyderabad.
I am seeking guidance on this matter, as I am missing my child. He calls me every day, crying and asking when I will return.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Check with your manager about just swiping at Hyderabad office since there's no odc available. WON you can keep at Chennai but visits at Hyderabad office. Check this possibility. Many projects are allowing this, I believe.
Get a release from project, take transfer and join a new project at Hyderabad.
