I am about to complete my 2 years in Accenture and planning to relocate to my hometown. I have recently moved to a new project and they want their resources to be in a few of the locations only. 1-2 of them have base location which is not a main location.
If I apply in the portal once I complete my 2 years will my project manager/DU lead be able to stop my relocation or it will get auto approved ?

After 2 years it will most probably get approved...ask your manager to approve it and then later hr will approve
I also have same doubt, not sure. I think people lead has a role to play also the location hr.
