I have initiated for OIT and i got relocation expenses upto 50000 and got wbse for claiming relocation expenses . Can i use that WBSE directly on myte to claim the expense? Or is it mandatory to raise request in Pre-Trip approval tool and then proceed further ?

For hotel and flight booking you need to book from portal or contact helpdesk. And for other expenses you can just sent mail to manager for approval and after that upload to mytr

When I try to book in the portal it asks for pre approved travel request number. When I try to raise one - it says u are not eligible to use the provided wbse. Do you know what can I do here(
