Relocation

I have joined TCS as fresher with base location as Chennai. It's been three years and want to change my location to Hyderabad. I tried to raise a transfer request stating to take care of my parents but they declined saying not enough reason. Is there any strong reason or way to get it done??

If u r experienced professional go ahead and resign and check options in Hyderabad . There are lot of Politics in TCS and wish of managements . No one going to listen to you .

Based on personal experiences on-site is totally depend on management wish and if they want to u to come to Chennai then go for it . If u wanna go for on-site then do as they asked . Kuch pane k liye kuch khona padata hai
