Find a project having odc that location and after that just inform both your RMG and the supervisor of that project and after that you need to raise self initiated transfer which go to Ultimatix--Gess---Travel-self initiated transfer once it's approved from both along with travel manager the new location will guide until it's done entirely getting you into your desired location..
