Hi Guys,
I am from CDC5. I am planning to move relocate to BDC and also switching the deal. As of now I am in evening shift.
What's the procedure for relocating and switching.. Please let me know
If you have completed more than 24 months since you joined or since your last relocation request, you can request for an EIT(Employee Initiated Transfer). If not, the only option you have is OIT(Organization Initiated Transfer) which then depends on the project where they will have to raise a new RRD in the destination location and lock you to it which will automatically trigger a transfer for you with relocation benefits. Most projects don’t do OIT unless absolutely required since it comes with a cost of relocation to the project but you can talk to them and not claim any relocation benefits if that works for them.
