Relocating to US with L1B Visa, Risks?

Offered a team transfer, but heard L1B ties you to the employer. Is it worth leaving my ₹30L job in India for $120k in Seattle?

It is worth the move. Quality of life will improve overall and so will your financial situation. The downside is doing your house chores by yourself but if that doesn't bother you, just go for it. Know that all people in the US, unless they are ultra rich, they too do their chores by themselves; including your fellow Indians. Nah, if you factor in the PPP on $120k, thats actually less than 30L.
Whenever relocating abroad consider at least 20-30% hike after factoring the PPP.
