Relieving letter not received

It has been three weeks since I left TCS yet I have not received the relieving letter yet. FFS formalities have been completed yet I have not received the document. I did raise the ticket on tcs alumni portal. The ticket was closed citing the issue has been resolved yet, I did not receive the documents. Is there any other way to contact the team so that I can get the relieving later asap. Please help
