Relieving letter

Hi, Yesterday was my last working day and I had submitted Laptop and ID card a day before i.e. on Thursday itself. Separation HR mentioned relieving letter will be sent on lwd on personal email id but I didn't receive any email. Monday is my joining date for new organisation. What should I do? How much time do they take to send relieving letter?

Tell your new org that you haven't got it yet, they'll understand. Don't worry. Same thing happened for my whole I moved from infy to TCS.

It's govt organisation, they require proper discharge certificate from present employer
I called to HRBP she says it is same as your resignation acceptance mail is we don't send any other mail

Actually we won't get it on personal email ID ...we get this in Alumni portal after two weeks from LWD...I am ex TCSr

New organisation have already allowed 90 days extention, in 2 more week my offer letter will lapse
