Relieving from TCS when working in a project and not in Notice Period yet
Hi TCSers, any idea, how soon can we get relieved from the TCS if we are working in a project and not in Notice Period yet. If we can really get relieved without waiting for 3 months notice period then what’s the condition or process for this? Honest answers please.

If you are in bench, HR can grant an early resignation. But, it's always an employer call.
Make sure that you are unallocated when you are having the conversation.
