Hi I am getting released from project on 30 can I get early release if I am on bench whom should I ask for early release

Don't do anything tell him my skills are differentm and the project was last different skill set. Now I have learned new tech stack which I love the most. Please give call in new tech stack on same day she will release you.🤔🤔😂😂🤣🤣

Offer in hand? RMG will decide but dont tell them now. Reject few projects and they will let you know after you resign

Or just mention RMG that can I be in bench for 3 months at least. I have alot project in work and I wanted take some rest for few days. Tell them I will follow all the process of companies whatever they are 🫣🫣🤣🤣
