Trending @Infosys; Released from the project
I and one of my colleagues got released from the project we were in that project from last 5-6 months.
Suddenly a mail was sent that we are released, and it’s not based on performance are extra hours were put up on work and everything was done.
What could be reason and what shall be done now?
Off course budget from client side. So don’t take it personally. If you two were the only ones from Infosys then don’t worry. But if there were others in the team who still are and have same skill set as you then it means you were the lowest two performers by perception for that skill set in your team.
Did your team lead/manager told you why it happened? Maybe they might allot you to another team or project soon
Told that some project level changes happening and we will be allotted to different project but now sure
It's called cost cutting bro
Maybe budget. But definitely - Use and throw.
