Released from Project and no allocation
Hi Everyone!! So I will be released from my current project by the end of this month and do not have any allocations yet so how much time shall i get on bench?
This is an abrupt release and the reason given was that since I am an SME and not BAU member I am being released
I shared this information with my supervisor and she said she doesn't have any project to allocate me to
35 days officially you can sit on bench and unofficially god only knows. Many people are reporting passed 4 months still and some news are coming in grapevine like if a person reaches 90 days on bench they were asked to resign. So yeah try to get allocate max in 2 months.
Officially it's 35 days only. But for banglore location last time I have seen they fired people were of 50-75 days...so might be 50 days are okay
