Release time for a project

Hello all,

I have heard that after 2 years being in the same project, employees can take release from the team for another project. What if managers don't allow me to release? Can they hold my release for undefined time?

If so, where should I ask for help? It can't be that they force me to work in the same team forever.

Hi!

They will try to understand your aspiration and try to give assignment in line with your aspiration within the account level. If they aren't able to give relevant task, then only they will be able to release you. No policy states associates have to be released every 2 years!

You can non-cooperate with them for release.
