Release/service letter
Hello All,
I have been released from Tcs on 15th nov. Served entire notice period and submitted all the items which I received from Tcs and there are no dues pending. FFS amount also got credited to my bank account but still I havent received FFS statement, release letter, service letter, and few other documents.
Anybody know when I can expect those letters as my current company asking for same asap. Its been almost 10 days since my separation with Tcs.

Hi , I also face same issue with tcs after receiving FFS but didn’t receive SL and RL. I tried to connect separation HRs but no use.
I did raise ticket in alumni portal and mentioned above scenarios , next day I got SL & RL.

😲😲 they are delaying those as well oh myy

Yes bro, my current employer is asking them asap, but Tcs is not responding over the mails aswel as tickets. If it is pending somewhere then why did they credit my ffs and delaying exp letter

Did you check with your separation HR ? Try to meet them in person if possible and try to resolve it in a smooth way.

Don't worry TCS does not delay relieving of employees and does not harass them either.
If your letters arenot uploaded there might be some technical glitch or some other issue at their side and you won't be alone facing the challenge.
Have patience and wait for few days

Thanks bro will wait

You can give it a try, leave no stones unturned. usually there will be a clause like we will give everything within one month like that. Even after that you didn't get then you have to move to the suitable court and get your documents.

In a document they have mentioned that service and release letter will be available in alumni portal within a week after ffs settlement. It's been 5 days since received my ffs amount but letters are not available in portal, so i will wait till this month end and if possible i will go to office and meet my separation HR

Is it possible to meet them in person because im no longer an employee of tcs. And there is no way to escalate tickets, maximum we can raise another one thats it
