Release request

Bfsi accounts are tough to deal with.

Bfsi projects there since long time , non billable ppl are stagnated & they show lot of attitude towards new joiners into project. People who are stagnated should be included in fluidity list. But they have blessings of higher management. Keep learning , upskill wait for time & get out.

At this stage if they put you for release with wrong feedback then rmg will directly terminate. Unless you have a project with strong team willing to pull you out, don't ask for release.

BFSI projects are tough to deal with.Only way is resign from there.
