Release request
I asked my manager for release and she didnt Object but she said she will check with management and get back to me....are they giving release Immediately to whoever is asking?
Hi, to be brutally honest, they are happy to release people now especially if project is non dependent on the person asking for release.
Most of the managers have been asked to keep a list of associates ready for release and so on with current situation.
Since your manager is ready to take it into consideration then there is high likelihood you will get released that way they manage headcount.
However, gotta be honest with you, there aren't many openings and recently to meet firing count RMG HR etc are working together to get people out.
If you have a project lined up or you are fine with a company jump go ahead with the release else things are very bad here.
