Release from the project
Is it not a good time to take release and join the bench , searching for new roles. Or should we wait for this year to get over since time is not right in terms of IT roles within TCS ?

Get released now. Waiting won't change the market. Use the bench to upskill and network. TCS is tough, but proactive moves are key. Don't wait for the perfect time; it never comes.
