Release from the project
My manager thinks im under performing due some files .Shes planning to release ...Will she write mail of under performing to my RMG?? Reason of release has to be provided by managers?????

Yes but most cases RMG does not care about the reason.
The only bit you may need to watch out for is if the reason travels across account verticals in a unit that leads to problems but most cases unless you have major issues with the higher figures in the project that does not happen.
