Release from the current project
I want to release from my current project as there is toxic environment team is sometimes not supportive and I tried to work better in project but not able to work and also received negative feedback from the lead and when I ask my manager for release then they said release is not possible and if you want to release from the project then we need to include the HR for this scenario and in HR discussion you need to explain HR like why you want to release from project
Please help me with this scenario.
Stop doing work. Use the time to learn something and jump
For release keep iritating HR and manager they will do

When did you join the account? You can stay for a max of 18 months and can ask for Release.
STOP DOING WORK and update your skills. Don't do any work or respond to work or clients. Let them keep how many months they want..they will see for couple of weeks and will give you Release.
This is my 2nd project in TCS and 5 months in this account
If you are around 3 to 5 yrs exp, don't sit here and waste your time. Try out and go for a Good package. Try switching every 1.5 to 2 yrs and after 13 yrs, settle in a good company which you like with good pack.
Even if they include HR nothing much will happen because your manager/lead will say they need ur replacement or u r critical...some or the other excuse will be there for sure. Best is to just use this time to learn new technology in ur domain

Hello brother , no one I repeat NO ONE in tcs will listen to you . Try to escape from here if you can
Stop doing the work include hr in mail and ask release so that you go back to your own domain of learning... I had done this... The same few consequences I faced salary was deducted, SAWA process was imposed on me (Stop Attending Without Authorization) where they will block your all accesses within office... Struggles will be there but believe it worked.. I got release from current project. My date of release (31/08/2024) after that I have to report to RMG.
Don't hesitate from the hr discussion, there is no harm giving it a shot. In the worst case they will say no. I got my release :)
I am in the same position.. they confirmed the release date by aug 15th again they have extended 2 days because I took two days leave.
What’s the guarantee that the next project u will join will not be toxic as most of the management in TCS is toxic and if they release also they most probably will not give a very good feedback about you so better try for other options also
Give proper reasoning to HR for project change
