Release from TCS Project
I mailed my manager that I am not mentally fit to work anymore in the project. I want release. He's asking to submit medical doc. What medical doc should I submit. I'm feeling i am not mentally fit to work in this project anymore what would doctor do here. Can anyone help.
@Whitecard @MellowJuggernaut I told my HR that I am facing stress and mental exhaustion due to some personal reasons also I am unable to meet deadlines .He told me that they can't give you release based on personal reasons. What to do now. Should I stop doing work now then as that's the only option left i guess
I've clarified that I'm getting stress . Maybe it can be due to personal reasons and it is affecting me as a result my work is also getting affected. Currently I'm not in a position to continue in this project anymore.
It’s risky to say you are not mentally fit otherwise it will be difficult for you to stay in the company itself use the words like you feel depressed and disheartened while working in this project and give the proper reason drop a mail copying HR
Submit a medical certificate from a psychiatrist. The doctor will assess your mental health and provide the necessary documentation. Don't expect an easy release; be prepared for resistance.
