Release from support project

How to get release from a support project. It's been 3.5 years and I have been formally asking for a release since 1.5 years.

I have been asking for release from last year nov and stopped working and attending client meetings after band release after one month when they came for discussion i forced them to send out a mail for release within 6 months and they did it Dnt be scared you just go to extreme they will only come down
