Release from support project

I started with TCS as fresher and continuing in the same project since 2years 3months as support role. Manager and supervisor are not giving release, I have been asking since a year. I went to HR but she says the release is completely depends on manager and supervisor decision and she cant help me. What to do now...😒

Keep asking is the only way. Just do your work alone no additional activity. Frequent leave may helps sometimes. Forgot about your rating

You can do just one thing don’t work too much for their project also unavailable sometimes for meetings as well as take unplanned leaves. Keep asking for release.
