Release from project of an expecting mother
Hi Folks
Today I came to know management is releasing me from project to explore other projects in short putting me on the bench.
I'm expecting and will apply for ML in January, please suggest the process of what should I do in this situation.
Try to see if you get project, if not take early ML and then LWP. Also escalate to ethics and HR you are being released because you are expecting
This is not ethical to release expecting mother from project ...I also sure there will be policy around it...pls check with HR

Can't do much as no new project will take you for 3-4 months and then wait for 6 months ML to end unless it's a small project with a short duration. Try reaching out to your contacts and people on teams group and DPs of other projects in your Domain. See if anyone can allocate you meanwhile. Also convince projects when you talk to them that you will work dedicatedly till Jan and will give 100% once you are back from leave.
