Release from project

Take long leave or behave irresponsible or don't know anything what to do or ask supervisor help everytime

First ask for release - it usually takes time, so earlier the better. Tell them about your mental state and why you want release, also ask for person for knowledge transfer (KT). Impress upon them that this is your final and well thought over decision. Be mentally prepared for a bad rating because if they decide to release you they will do it in the later part of the year so they can mess up your band. Second train, delegate, hand-over so that there is no dependency on you. Thereafter become useless. Don't stop working but stop working productively. Let those you trained / delegated catch up and do what you usually would. When your manager's see that there is no benefit of having you they will let you go.

1. Find a boy/girl who is more critical resource for your project
2. Behave like you both are couples infornt of everyone in ODC
3. Spend more time with your partner in ODC
4. people eventually will let know manager about this
5. Manager will enquire about this and let manager know both of you'll get married soon as parents agreed
6. As per conflict of interest policy, one should be released from project.
7. As you chose a person who is more critical resource to a project, probability of releasing you is high

There are two outcomes in this way. Either you'll get released or you'll be committed 😁
