Trending @Capgemini; Release from Project
I am working on a project since I joined Capgemini , having experience of 3.9 years. My domain is SAP MM/ARIBA and project is support one, here I am not getting exposure to Implementation and roll out projects. Can someone guide me how to take release from current project or will they allow me to release. And is ther any other option available.
I wonder what motivates you to stay here for so long lol, upskill and resign fast.
I am no able to upskill here as I am working for support project and at a certain period we did not learn new in Support Project hence want release so that i can try for implementation and roll out And I am looking for switch but for support no one is asking
I got the release from project can anyone suggest me if I want to change career and want to grow in which area I should go I don't see sap mm area will be having greater opportunities
If you are 100% billable in that project then chances are very very less and they will not let you go. If you apply for the IJP also no one will respond and if you receive a response from the IJP manager then also your current manager will not let you go. But you can try.
