Currently completed one year in the project which is non technical which not add any twchnical skill to my career.. So i asked for release frim the project to manager. Via mail.. He haven't respondes yet. Is the release from project cause any termination process, he will give bad review as if i get released and hr might connect. Can anyone help to understand how it will reflect if i got releassd in the current infy policies Role:SSE Yoe:3
If you want to make a career in tech and you are not working jn a technical project then you need go move on irrespective of what your manager or company thinks.
Im upskilling in data engineering,but im not able to balance both, to concentrate on interview prep i need to get rid of this but afraid suddenly loose job before getting one
It ur loss , end of the day you are hired for ur skil inl some tech if not being utilized what is wrong in asking for release
I had call with manager he politely tried to convince me and told try for few more months if its the same then also will consider releass😑
Here, Getting a release from Project is like crime.. better upskill and switch.
