Trending @Capgemini; Release from project after completing 1yr.

Joined Capgemini in April 23, worked on a poc role for 3-4 months and after that till now I am working in a project.

This year November end I will be completing 1yr in the project. I am planning to take release from the project after that as my work place and TL is getting toxic for me. Ig they are already planning to remove me after one of my collegues comes back from ML on January.

I am thinking of changing my peoples manager as well who is my TL as he's having difference in opinion with me regarding almost everything and is behaving toxicly with me.

Please tell me, will it be worth getting out on bench than working in a toxic work place? How long does the process take?
